About
This blog is set up because Tong Kok Chan is trying to organize a class reunion on 9 December 2006 in Taiping for the St. George’s Class of ‘76. Kok Chan, however, is too busy selling drugs in his pharmacy to even be on the internet so between Leong Hin, Peter Lee and me, Hock Chuan, we’ve contrived to set up this blog. I’ve become the blogkeeper because I’m the lesser Luddite.
So those of you who were in St George’s, Taiping in the Class of “76, this space is for you. You can post updates of yourself, share with us photos of your aging, balding and fattening selves and your family photos. Or use this as a place to keep in touch with people you went to school with. All you need to do is e-mail me at ong@maverick.co.id and I’ll add you as a contributor. Alternatively, just e-mail me your information and photos and I’ll upload it for you.

Dear Friends,
Pardon me if this is not the right forum for me to do a little good.
I knew most of you had worked very hard in the past and had found wholesome success of good wealth, good health and good happy family. While we are now enjoying the fruits of our success, there are many less fortunate people out there suffering in pain and in vain from the notorious cancer which is the #2 killer in Malaysia. Please do join me to do our small little part by just pledging RM1/day or RM30/mth for a minimum of a year through Majlis Kanser Nasional(makna) for these poor and sorrowful sufferers. All contributions are tax exempted. Is simple, just visit http://www.makna.org.my and pledge online through monthly auto debit to your credit card. Please help to get your friends to contribute too for a good course. And if you know of anyone who is suffering from cancer and is in need of help, please help to refer to makna for assistance.
Thanks for your kind generousity, may the blessing be yours.

dear friends,
thank you for a jolly good time. it brought back many wonderful memories of people who were/are a big part of my life. apologise that i disappeared somewhere between talking to baljit and the next bumping into tuck hong in the toilet before i created any scene by crawling on the table (remember one CNY at panorama?!?). looking forward to meeting up at eng choon’s palace next. suggest the architects boon chiong & tuan lin to take the lead as they designed the building.
