Today is only the 3rd of January and I’m sure it’s not too late to wish each and everyone of you a happier and healthier 2007.
Access is kind of slow the past week, so blame it on the Taiwan earthquake of 26th Dec for this interruption.
There was a suggestion to have another “smaller” get together (presume it would be just after CNY) next month. You may want to register your interest in the comments link below and maybe Kok Chan and Kah Thiam can get it organized once again.

Sounds like a good idea, Kah Thiam. How about you organise something simple – just set time and place with a small core group and the rest can just show up as the like…on a Dutch-treat basis. No hassles this way.
Btw, have you noticed that even when there’s been hardly any new post lately, this blog has been hit quite a bit…hmmm…must be the Georgie girls from Penang checking out us old dickies…

ok the mini gathering will be held on the second day of cny at prima coffee house located at main road where the old maybank building was. it is a corner unit. pls do not mistaken it for the prima coffeeshop. time will be between 9.30 to 10.00pm. so for those who are keen to meet up pls be there. and happy new year everybody.

hello everbody, it’s been quite some time since i post a message on the blog. i see that there has been no postings on the blog for quite some time. anyway just to inform all of you that the OGA is organizing its annual dinner on the 31st of March in Taiping. it will be quite a grand occasion as the organizers are targetting a 100 tables. they are using the function to raise funds for the school. the weekend will coincide with cheng beng. so for those of you who are coming back to Taiping during that weekend perhaps you might light to attend the dinner.ong kee chiew has reserved several tables for our year. those who are interested can contact kee chiew at 016-5595963. cost is rm35pax

good to hear from you fook cheun. do i get your name right. will meet up with you the next time i get back to taiping as i go back every fornightly. haven’t heard anything from the rest of you guys for quite some time. what is happening and do you all still contact each other in kl. the class of 77 will be organizing a reunion sometime in december. saw a posting on the taipingtalk blog some time ago.

Hello Guys (this is a collective term for Gals too !)aka GOLDEN BOYS,
Hope all of you are doing gfine in this Year of the Ox ! It was great to catch yp with some of you on the 1st, 2nd AND 3rd days of the recent CNY ! Apologies to those who may have been around but were inadvertently not informed ! We can make this a standard arrangement for EVERY CNY ie. on say 1st day of CNY (as most of those who do still come back to TPG should be around then) we can meet up at Siang Chi Restoran (beside Kwang Tung Assoc’n, Kota Road) from 9.30 pm onwards.
Anyway, we WILL have a chance to have a little gathering soon ie. the OGA Tpg will be having the usual Annual Dinner on 4/4/09 (SAT) at Soon Lee Restaurant which is behind the previous Cathay cinema. Programme is as follows :-
6.30 – 7.30 PM : Fellowship Time with “cocktails”
7.30 – 10.30 PM : Dinner
10.30 – 11.30 PM : Fellowship continues…..
LIVE entertainment is by Sabri – remember the guy who sings our “generation” type of songs ???
